    • Valid Virginia DMV issued Veteran’s ID card
    • Valid United States Passport
    • Other government-issued photo identification cards (must be issued by US Government, the Commonwealth of Virginia, or a political subdivision of the Commonwealth)
    • Valid college or university student photo identification card (must be from an institution of higher education located in Virginia)

Any voter who forgets appropriate Photo I.D. may still vote by using a Provisional Ballot, under oath, stating that he is the voter he claims to be.  That voter must then provide Photo I.D. to the Electoral Board before 12:00 pm of the Friday immediately following the election in which the Provisional Ballot was cast.
