It is located just outside the border of Petersburg in Dinwiddie County. It was donated to the city by Dominion Energy in the 1970s. Amenities: 1.5 mile canal trail, a section of the Appomattox River Trail, playground, water and trail access, canal kayak launch (gravel), picnic shelters, and a fishing pier and natural shoreline.
