City of Petersburg Government Offices Closed January 12th and January 15th
Petersburg, Va: City government offices will be closed on Friday, January 12th and Monday, January 15th in observance of Lee-Jackson Day and Martin Luther King, Jr’s Birthday respectively. Closed offices include: City Hall, City Hall Annex, Parks & Leisure Services, Petersburg Public Library, and Petersburg Freedom Support Center.
Offices will reopen during regular business hours on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.
Dogwood Trace Golf Course will remain open during their regular business hours.
Petersburg Area Transit administrative offices and customer service will be closed on Friday, January 12th and Monday, January 15th.
Bus service (including para- transit) will run as usual on Friday, January 12th and Monday, January 15th.
Central Virginia Waste Management Authority (CVWMA) residential recycling and residential trash collections will remain on schedule.
