**Real Estate Tax Relief for Elderly or Permanently & Totally Disabled Persons**
Application forms for real estate tax relief for the elderly or permanently and totally disabled, must be filed with the Commissioner of the Revenue by May 1, 2017.
Income in the household cannot exceed $35,000 and assets cannot exceed $70,000.
Applications forms are available upon request and on line at www.petersburg-va.gov .
