A survey is now available asking the Petersburg staff. parents, students, and community to describe the abilities and traits they would like to see in the next superintendent of Petersburg City Public Schools.
The survey will remain open for comments until February 20.
The Petersburg School Board has hired BWP & Associates to conduct a national search for the next superintendent of Petersburg Public Schools. Information gathered from the online survey will help create a leadership profile, which will help the search firm with the following:
• learn strengths and needs of Petersburg City Public Schools to recruit the best candidates
• be able to describe the opportunities provided by the school division to potential candidates
• engage the community to build support for the search
