The Petersburg Treasurer's Office has recently discovered that 22 payments made via e-check on 11/16/21 were not drawn from the respective bank accounts due to a File Transmittal issue on that day. It shows as paid in our system, but the payment was not transmitted.
This did not affect credit/debit payments, just e-check payments. We do apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
