All SB lanes are now CLOSED on I-95 in #Petersburg near Washington St. (mm 52) due to a crash. Traffic is getting by using the left shoulder. NB lanes are open. Backup is 3 miles. Use an alternate route to avoid delays. #RVAtraffic #VAtraffic
