PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given to all interested persons the City of Petersburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing, Wednesday, October 2, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Public Library located at 201 West Washington Street in the Community Room, concerning the following case:
19-REZ-03: Request of Equity Plus, LLC to rezone the property from A (Agricultural) District to a PUD (Planned Unit Development) District to allow a residential subdivision of 168 single family dwellings. The property address is 2557 North Stedman Drive, T.P. 036-09-0001.
19-REZ-04: Request of Roslyn Farm Corporation to rezone the property from A (Agricultural) District to B-2 (General Commercial) District to allow commercial and business development, to include potential medical offices. The property address is 151 rear Wagner Road, T.P. 064-02-0800 parcel B and 301-301A Wagner Road, T.P. 082-01-0001, a portion of parcel A.
All interested persons shall have the opportunity to be heard at said public hearing.
A copy of the related material may be examined in the Department of Planning & Community Development in City Hall Room 304, telephone (804)733-2308. The Planning Dept. is open from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

- Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month. When a meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the following Wednesday, unless otherwise designated by the commission.

Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
Application for Placement
Applications for requests for placement on the Planning Commission agenda should be submitted to the clerk of council at least four weeks prior to the meeting date. A pre-submission meeting should be scheduled with the Planning Department to discuss the requirements and content for a complete application / submission.
The notice / advertising of a required public hearing for a zoning request, or any other matter requiring a public hearing, is initially published two weeks prior to a regular meeting.
